Honest to God, I think someone would have a lot of success in purple states or purple districts with "I am only campaigning on bringing this criminal administration to justice. Everything else is negotiable, but we are going to restore voting rights and Constitutional protections and abolish ICE."

For a while I was concerned about the next Dem POTUS wanting to “turn the page” without prosecutions. But the sane G7 countries will want some assurance that we won’t easily flip back to MAGA in another 3-4 years before they even think about reconciling, and that makes me a little less concerned.
