The humming bird that made that nest on top of the lightbulb was the Martha Stewart of Humming Birds. :) The bird looked at an impossible spot and said "I can make that work" :)

Thanks! Started small with a player running around, and being able to ID birds. You can see an early prototype here: www.reddit.com/r/godot/comm... Then I wanted the player to be able to explore, upgrade gear, etc, taking on more adventure/RPG aspects. And so that blew the scope way up...

Amazing. Rarely see their nests here. Interesting couple back this year- much prefers flowers over our feeders, unlike his predecessors. Heard it's Mom scolding it last yr before migrating south. So mythical.

I had a quail wind chime a long time ago. A hummingbird built its nest on the back of the quail. I removed the nest after the baby birds flew off. A year or so later another hummingbird built a new nest in the same place!
