So first they taxed the people of the US through tariffs, now big companies are asking for a refund, which will also cost the American taxpayer billions. Are you winning yet?

I think everyone should do this but I believe that Trump has already used those tariffs to benefit himself and will use our tax money to fight and or settle any lawsuit.

Lots of corporations will sue the administration. The legal process will take months, if not years. Meanwhile, the people who paid these taxes (American consumers) can go fuck themselves.

All right! FedEx is a rather conservative corporate entity, so this is v interesting.

It's amazing that Costco isn't considered to be a major U.S.firm...after all they did actually file their suit months ago over the so call emergency tariff powers for a refund of illegally imposed tariffs.

I think the American public should get refunds before any corporation. None of which will happen. The corporations will get all of our money. It’s business as usual in America

I‘m sure they’ll pass that money on down to the customers to whom they passed on the cost of Trump's tariff tax increase. Right FedEx? Right?

? They processed/accounted for tariffs, but didn't pay them. They could maybe join a "classless action" suit for accounting/administration fees.

Ironically, the Commerce Sec's sons will be suing and claiming huge refunds (for which they'll get up to 30% commission) of the illegal tariffs their lucky Daddy, who escaped death on 9/11 cos he walked one to school the first time in his life, imposed via his puppet Trump.
