I'll never get over BGG posts where some guy is asking how to properly randomize a game setup that requires randomized elements. Just do it! Flip over the tokens, shake up the bag, wash shuffle the cards, just do it!

Every time there will be a reply from some other guy who has invented a new branch of mathematics explaining how he assigns choices to a die, consults the entrails of a chicken, and then waits until nightfall for the stars to provide a final answer.

Do these people understand the concept of shuffling?
