Anyone made a Unity game for iOS that supports a physical keyboard (like the Magic Keyboard)? If so, what magical spell did you cast to make it work

Hum. No. Unfortunately, this plugin seems to only handle actual game controllers (even though the underlying framework handles all of them, including stylus)

If it’s not supported by the input system then it’s likely that it won’t enable listening for key commands. You might need a native plugin to implement keyboard listening and callback into the scripting layer. I’ve found the native rendering plugin to be a good base to get a basic project going

This is all theoretical mind you I haven’t tried this myself You can drop native files into Unity and it should compile them when you build for IL2CPP or you can use the native rendering plugin as a basis to just standup a native plugin and not use the rendering features just the Xcode project.
