last night i had a dream where i was playing a race against cpus in kirby air riders and won, but there was a mechanic where one of the cpus could be randomly revealed to have died in the middle of the race and it would automatically give them first place

Wait, if you won, how'd the CPU's death push you back into 4th instead of 2nd?

swapped places

Joining a competitive Kirby Air Riders tournament and dying during the match for the automatic win #LifeHacks #OrMaybeDeathHacks

This is on the same level as the 'controversial nintendo oxygen tweet' dream omfg I'm dead

there is at least a 35% chance that this dream was subconsciously inspired by that dream

im losing it at the game saying to refer to the health and safety guide its so good

tragically the actual text from the dream passed away while racing to my long term memory so i just went for maximum nintendo-ism

Biblically accurate Nintendo CPUs. Istg the older ones would straight up pull some BS cheat last minute like this

I mean you can attack others and deplete their health but that just eliminates them

this was something more akin to cardiac arrest

I love the actual-first-place human player being given 4th instead of 2nd

I can't believe Bandana Waddle Dee passed away during the race. He was a real one. Can we pour one out for him?
