Thank you HCR. My take is that 'We the People', isn't a coined phrase in the US. It also exists throughout the world. Freedom isn't free either. My other take is that freedom can only exist and recognized when you didn't have it at all. From oppression to a breath of fresh air. Saw it in Berlin.
