I’ve been messing with some of the more fun-sounding (to me) fishwife flavors. I was thinking about what I could do with the chili crisp smoked salmon (other than just eat it), and the package very helpfully suggested onigiri, so… I made chili crisp smoked salmon onigiri!

The can actually stretched across eight, so I’ve got five more in the fridge without the nori wraps. Most of those I’ll probably just wrap and eat, but I’m also thinking I might fire up the griddle and make some into yaki onigiri
