If I remember correctly, the Patriot Act started DHS. It also started the ability to remove your civil privacy rights if national security it involved. Rescind the Patriot Act and dissolve DHS/ICE

The head honchos of DHS and ICE say one thing but are doing something else. They say that they are arresting hardened criminals, but are kidnapping people who are going through legal channels for obtaining citizenship. These people are not criminals.

And arrested for various crimes, from stealing, looting, raping to murder.
