Americans are billable assets in a rigged game. We pay for insurance we can't afford to use, with deductibles higher than property taxes. Treatments don't cure; they’re just maintenance to keep you upright until the next billable appointment. It’s a subscription service for survival, not care.

We left MO for IL after the election. I was worried about the increase in premiums after they sank the ACA, but Illinois took over and solved it! We pay $13 a month here. In MO our best option is over $500 a month with HUGE out of pocket and deductibles. Every day I'm so happy we made this move!

Iran has universal healthcare. So does Cuba and trains so many doctors, it's their primary export. Israel also has universal healthcare and that's paid for by the American taxpayer.
