here in MN we get them tested first wed of the month. All the MN freaks come to bluesky to go 'AWOOOOOOO' when the siren goes off

the only time the siren test isn't done is if there is a possibility of severe weather. so paradoxically no siren on wed == PANIK SKY LOOKING
