You know how Trump heckled the Democrats in the house to have his bill passed to avoid the shutdown? Same goes to Senate Democrats; they will be heckled to pass the bill. If the shutdown were to occur, they would face retaliation from him by having troops on standby to areas previously mentioned.

Some master owns them and can yank the chain of Ds as well as Rs when votes get close . Heads or tails, Rs always win.
