Let's see: two people dead, many tear-gassed and pummeled, hundreds detained without warrants, hundreds swept up and deported or incarcerated, children out of school for a month, businesses closed, dramatically increased expenses for police and public services. What’s easier than all this ? Stand in a line and vote. There is one party that believes in democracy, freedom, government without overreach, security, pollution control, a civil society without mass weapons of war threatening children. Democrats until the other party swings back to sanity.

Came here to say the same thing. This sounds like desperation on the part of DHS, more than anything. They're planning massive detention facilities so why would they slow down the kidnappings? Just long enough to trick people into supporting the funding. Don't fall for it!

They are trying to get their funding bill passed. They are not done. They wouldn’t be building massive concentration camps if they were quitting.
