Has anybody reported issues getting it to play on iPad? I have iOS17 but it won’t load. I get a brief black screen and I think an alert text in the middle, but it vanishes too quickly to be sure.

If this is about old iPads (pre "A12" SoC), make sure to enable `capabilities/performance_a12` in the export preset. See github.com/godotengine/... for context.

I’m really sorry Jenny but I suspect the issue is that the game shouldn’t have supported being bought / installed on your iPad model in the first place - the “fix” is to restrict that. Can I check which model you have / what year you bought it?
