So, in effect, the U.S. executive is asserting that American law can reach globally when it serves U.S. interests which, right now, equals Trump's whims. #ImperialJurisdiction

US will have to do a lot of clean-up after sane Americans will take their country back. Congress must adopt a clear law - clear beyond interpretations of the supreme court - that president has no immunity in cases of abuse of power. Immunity must not be impunity.

What about when Biden's DOJ doubled the bounty on Maduro. The bounty on a warrant. A warrant to have him transported to the US to stand trial in a US court. Did the US courts have a right to try Maduro then?
