You know, if people started shorting Tesla to a specific degree he would get called in the market, since his twitter loan is tied to that stock he'd be forced to sell and it would basically be a chain reaction to his bankruptcy.

He’s a bunch of hot air and his valuations are all built on each other. His companies buy each other and merge and live on government handouts. He provides no value (except Starlink which friends appreciate in Costa Rica). And even SL has its downside with space trash and spying.

Musk is both the tech boom of 2000 and the housing boom of 2008 wrapped up in a sweet coating of political contributions and exorbitant banking and exchange fees, and when it explodes as both before, we learn yet again that this only happened because of oversight failure at every step of the way.

That anyone believes a word that ketamine-addicted, dick-broke, child murderer says is an indictment of the entire species. He's a liar and a callous killer of innocents, and he is never going to fucking Mars (not that he'd take you with him if he was.)

Capitalism is now an oligarch ponzi with investors hoping to share a piece of the payout from their fraud before the whole capital concentration scheme collapses at all our expense. bsky.app/profile/jame...

Sooo true! I've never understood the devotion of his fans. 10+ years of FSD failure and they still believe. His datacenters in Texas powered by Tesla solar tech? Nope, 40 natural gas turbine generators. Grok, not a contender so far. No real world basis for all this faith.

This is why I deleted my Facebook account. The only reason Zuck is obscenely rich is because people use his product. Same here. Stop using X. It’s actually really, really easy. It’s easy to not use Amazon. People are just too lazy to act in a principled way if it impacts their convenience

He has not got the rest of the shares on the market, and nor will he sell them…. so I am not sure why the value of those assets that cannot be sold is included in his wealth????

Would Nasdaq and Russell have changed their rules to allow Musk to steal our pensions and savings without some serious financial "encouragement"? Musk's empty promises are increasingly threadbare but unfortunately he can still protect his fortune by "motivating" rulemakers and lawmakers.

Likely not suitcases of cash but a highly sophisticated and layered network of people getting big fat commissions for moving this through while Musk throws a lot of AI bots at mollifying the masses and targeting decision makers with pro Musk BS.

There are already dozens of instances where Musk has failed to deliver on his promise. If people believe otherwise, then they've already been fooled. Musk is, in every sense, a fraud.
