Fellow D1 Berkeleyites, is Moni Gangopadhyay more NIBMY or YIMBY? So damn hard to tell from websites and 'platform' docs. She seems the most qualified of the bunch, but.......

Rats. Was afraid of that. Info much appreciated! Kinda hate to vote for Kesarwani's hand picked successor, but Ross it is, I guess.

If you're supportive of the Hopkins bike lane project (implied by your post below), I also think Ross has voiced the strongest support for implementing the project in full as passed. Daria has also been supportive with some reservations; Moni and Laura are opposed. bsky.app/profile/jeff...

Thank you Jeff! I will share that I was definitely not hand picked by Rashi. No great pro-housing candidates stepped up. So I decided to run. And Rashi recognized I was the strongest on the issues she cares about most. And I am without hesitation the strongest on housing at all levels.

I’m going to chime in as well. I read Ross’ transit and transportation questionnaire as well as interviewed him, and he’s the strongest candidate on both housing and safe streets. Rank#1. Daria rank #2. Leave the rest blank.
