Seeing numerous verbal offers for tech jobs getting rescinded days later, when there’s no budget to actually hire. Y’all need to quit doing that to job seekers. It’s atrocious!

Who tf goes through the song-and-dance of interviewing someone if they aren't sure they have a goddamn job to offer... like obviously you shouldn't waste the candidate's time, but what about the interviewer? Do they have nothing better to do?

For real! Wasteful and disrespectful all around. It’s like hiring managers forgot how to do their jobs.
