But they fail to mention a lot of important stuff because they didn't actually understand what they were talking about...

Iam involved in planning infrastructure in germany. We have similiar timelines. I do believe some of it could be condensed and shortened, but its important to take everyone on board. These timelines dont come from friviously waiting, its to give citizens time to give input.

the program they built was far from perfect, but there are legitimate reasons some of this stuff took so long. They had to completely remap the entirety of U.S. broadband access. And coordinate across 50 different states.
