Not watching news on TV and muting everything on here has done wonders for my mental health I heard hegseths voice for the first time 2 weeks ago and then wished I still hadnt heard his voice

I really never watch cable news outside of occasional clips or accidentally when traveling. You'd genuinely be better just reading a handful of ProPublica and Guardian articles. Even the best of the form is full of ads and silly speculation and just wastes your time.
