It's not owned yet. This weird situation is because Shari Redstone wants to unload CBS on the Larry Ellison boy, but not yet.

Skydance/Ellisons are already in there dictating decisions and making it very clear what they want to happen what, you think they're afraid of U.S. regulators that no longer exist inquiring as to whether they're meddling in operations before the paperwork is done?

I don't know if Ellison is already exerting control or if Shari Redstone is trying go appease Trump. (Yes, whatever happening is awful and shows complete lack of regulatory control).
