I wrote about Elon Musk's fake flying car and its mid-air collision with lazy "CEO said a thing!" pseudo-journalism:

This stunt and the subsequent reporting was literally the perfect example of "CEO said a thing!" but I couldn't remember which of the people I follow came up with that concept so I just let it slide since I couldn't attrib anyone.
