Yes, it will be held up in courts but at least half time the hold up will happen AFTER a Trump judge allows the rule to stand while the case slowly works its way through the court system. It might even be the Supreme Court if Trump goes directly to them immediately. This is what he does.

Our message should be: The majority should rule for the benefit of the majority! #ReplaceAll of Congress next year! And get to know your neighbors and run your own candidates. Then vote as a block! We have never had more power in our hands and done so little with it!
