couple things: do not panic. this rule WILL be held up in the courts for a long time. also, keep an eye on the public comment period. the more comments they get, the longer it will take them to go through all the comments.

Yes, it will be held up in courts but at least half time the hold up will happen AFTER a Trump judge allows the rule to stand while the case slowly works its way through the court system. It might even be the Supreme Court if Trump goes directly to them immediately. This is what he does.
