It's required by existing law that revenue cuts can only increase the deficit so much before benefits must be cut to partially offset. Medicare is also being cut (not just SNAP and Medicaid) The goal is to funnel wealth into the pockets of the GOP's biggest donors. Everything else is fallout

They want a country run by a King and Feudal government. They are more “ worthy “ than others not wealthy beyond need or happiness

tax cuts go right through to middle income ppl too, increasing the exemptions and so on. Of course the $ amount isn't as big but $1k/yr or whatever for someone earning 60k is significant for them

the tax cuts are only 25% funded by letting unemployed die w/o care. But this misses from the governing majority's point of view, letting unemployed die from lack of care is a + not a bug, entirely intentional. Letting them get sick + hounded by bill collectors teaches responsibility

That’s pretty much it (but also it’s letting employed people who can’t document their employment die, too). It’s a murder bill.
