How can we tell from that video that he actually grabbed Alex's gun. Was evidence brought forth that that is Alex's gun? That video only shows the man in grey going away from the mob with "a gun". I see no proof here it was Alex's.

That is what I saw. They shot Pretti while his feet were pointed at the red building, that means they shot him in the back. Pretti went onto his back and didn't move. ICE left him alone and a lone ICE agent shot Pretti again, I didn't know if it was in the chest or head.
