“Full” anything is silly, but Americans cannot imagine how well rehabilitative justice actually works.

Yeah, I’m all for that. A tour I did in Norway talked about how nice (and small) the prisons are there because they focus on rehab. I think they said recidivism is near or at 0. They also have much better social safety nets than we do, though. We have work to fix the reasons crime happens.
