Can anyone tell me an example of a beautiful game store that hosts tournaments? I am looking for examples where the interior is beautiful and well-thought out, and they probably had a budget and one or more people they hired to design the space.

This is 100% my niche. Here are a few: Collector Legion - Lawndale, CA Brute Force Games - San Diego, CA Hex & Company - New York, NY Zulu's Games - Bothell, WA Lodestone Coffee and Games - Minnetonka, MN Coral Sword - Houston, TX Firestorm Games - Cardiff, UK SpellenHuis - Haarlem, NL

Not a game store, but I feel like it would translate well to one: check out Fable Hollow Coffee & Bookshoppe in Knoxville, TN. They *do* host craft nights, DnD nights, etc. but they are by trade a bookstore. I would love to see a LGS do something similar.

Thanks Andy! This thread from our Grand Opening at the new space has some good shots of different angles. bsky.app/profile/game...

What a weekend! Thank you all so much for joining us for our Grand Opening. We have the best community we could possibly ask for, and it was awesome to see so many smiling faces, meet new folks, and celebrate getting here together.

We brought in contractors to get stuff like lighting the way we wanted it, but no interior designers hired—just a lot of time of us talking through and thinking through how people would experience it as they shopped/played.
