Well, he posted this which proves he knows. Trying to pass on liability to his customers wont wash under Irish law.

X has been shown to have insufficient guardrails previously, which he has done nothing about. I would definitely define that as knowingly.

He downsized moderation while it was already an issue. And he did that by choice. Not difficult.

I thought he's been making jokes about it but maybe I'm imagining things. If he didn't know about it before he definitely does now and it seems they haven't issued a statement or any sort of preventative measures or anything
