Corporations publicly celebrating LGBT+ equality is a good thing and I am glad to see it coming back.

Baby queers with unsupportive families in small towns should know that they can grow up to be whatever they want to be, whether that’s a gender-abolitionist queer theory professor or a boring suburbanite with a middle management job at a Fortune 100 company.

This is the level of social acceptance I want for LGBT people:

I actually agree that this is an important point, moreso than people in this thread seem to think. Homosexuality is a variable independent from morality. It just is. Once that's out of the way, they can/should be judged on their own merits like any other human.

Generally I absolutely agree, but it is also hard to escape the irony that inevitably results.

LGBT people should have the option to work at Raytheon, even if I would not do so for moral and political reasons.
