You reform SCOTUS by impeaching the corrupt members, then you hold them criminally liable for their corruption. The hope is future members of SCOTUS then realise they have to rule on law, not on politics or backhanders.

I think they know that they’re on the line for impeachment too if Dems get power in Congress.
