The web has changed a lot over the last few years, and we've been changing with it. Our new Firefox design ships September 29 with FX 157. If you haven’t tried it out on Nightly yet, here’s what you can expect 🔽 1/4

First: What hasn’t changed: your extensions, shortcuts, and menus. Everything is still where and how you left them. What's different is the surface: cleaner toolbar, tidier tabs, less visual noise. 2/4

We’ve modernized the look and feel, added themes, wallpapers and widgets, and we’re (re)introducing functional features to make the most out of the space you have. We've always believed that a browser should work around how you use the web, and this release pushes that further. 3/4

We’ve worked with our community to gather feedback before our broader rollout, and you’ll see changes in Firefox that directly reflect what we’ve heard. We’re excited to bring this new experience to life with FX 157. More to come soon. 4/4

Am I spotting a lot of newly wasted space above the address bar in that mockup? It’s all good if I can turn that off. Still love gecko :-)
