Goal. Thomas stops the penalty but he left the rebound. We’ll see if it stands.

A little confused. If there was encroachment, it shouldn’t matter if it was that player who scored. But the goal stands.

SD #12 is clearly encroaching at the moment the kick is taken, but there is no impact on the goalkeeper, and SD #12 neither plays the ball nor challenges an opponent for the ball. I have a goal.

He directly impedes/influences sounders players who are trying to play the ball, does he not? Is it not the same logic as an offside player who moves toward the ball and “gets in the way” for lack of a better term?
