* You wouldn't even need special effects to give us Rebekah Weatherspoon's Buff Male Nanny Rafe. * Courtney Milan's Wedgeford Trials would be adorable. * Yes this is a list of my friends no one said I couldn't do that * if it MUST have hockey give me Armstrong's Writing Mr. Wrong!!!!!!!!!!

can I just ask that if we have to do more hockey can it please be based on books that actually know anything about how hockey actually works as a business and sport?? like. if we must. but preferably just give us more earnest romances in a variety of settings!!

I tend to not care as much about that sort of thing if I'm having fun, in all honesty, because I don't think it's healthy for a writer or a computer programmer to get stressed out if their industries are poorly portrayed in pop culture or we would die and I would die twice. LOL

I have two basic rules and one is I don't read romance writer heroines and the other is I pretty rarely read sports heroes and Kelley Armstrong wrote a book about a romance writer and a hockey playing hero and it was so good I HATE HER, that is why I don't actually have rules.

Update: the first main character was a YA author, but now I am listening to the next book (Writing Mr. Wrong) and the heroine is absolutely a romance author, and I'm ready for Armstrong to make a liar out of me. (also the hero is a hockey player??? I don't read those either! double liar??? lol)
