I can think of a few reasons: NDAs, $$, fear they’ll be killed like Epstein, Ivana, and others.

It's possible that some of the victims have settled with their sexual assaulter and in doing so, have signed NDA's. That's Trump's usual way in dealing with plaintiffs.

There is no whistleblower exemption for divulging SAR information. I’m not even sure that the information obtained could even be used as untainted evidence. As much as I would like to see this whole Epstein matter fully investigated and exposed, it has to be done legally.
