It's not a Volume II doc (I thought it might be too, but it's not). It was provided in discovery to Trump. And (as @charliesavage.bsky.social notes) was related to the subject of a discovery fight. We knew some of these details in April 2024, b4 she threw out the case.

This selective release ought to justify removing Judge Cannon's ruling that covers up what's in the report. The public has a right to know. We paid for the investigation, after all.
