I am being a bit quiet on the socials and blog because I broke my arm and messed up my hand a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, normal service resumes in a few weeks. I came off my bike pretty badly, but luckily the left arm is the only serious damage - wear your helmet, kids!

Seriously, I'm not usually a big cycling helmet advocate, but I'd probably be dead or in a very bad way if I wasn't wearing mine. Also, gloves are really important too - I can't imagine how messed up my hands would have been without them

i crashed like 13 years ago and got a lot of road rash and scars to show for it. now i wear full finger gloves no matter what kind of riding
