I finally cancelled a premium Youtube subscription after putting it off for a while and oh my god, I can feel my neurons smoothing over with some of these mobile ads

My wife watches a LOT of YouTube on our smart TV (so no ad blockers) and if I had to hear the ads in the background, I'd lose it. So I keep premium around. I don't like it, but the alternative is just not happening.
