Not if you feel it right to be Black, for instance. Your "choice" for "feels right" is restricted - you have to choose from things that make somebody tons of money, so they can use some of that money to pay journalists (and teachers, to indoctrinate young malleable children.)

Maybe it's just a writing issue? Did you mean to say people bamboozled into the Tans hysteria, deserve compensation? It didn't come out like that, but if that's what you wanted to communicate - I agree. They deserve reparations from the people who harmed them for money.
