McConnell being seated but unable to vote is pretty much the best-case scenario right now. Any replacement would be another Republican. That aside, I also think it's disgusting that the citizens of Kentucky are being denied half of their Senate representation.

Mitch is being dishonest by not even calling the governor. His health is questionable.
