So, the 1801 Congress cancelled the Supreme Court for a year. Really. If the Dems again control the two real branches of government, they should threaten closing the Court, because originalism, and then let’s talk “reform.”

I think if anything what frustrates people is the lack of imagination on the part of Democrats. What is legal or ethical or reasonable would never stop Republicans—with articles like these only providing cover for further inaction—why has no one lodged a simple complaint to the court—

Amid the former Senate majority leader’s mysterious hospitalization, some are placing unreasonable demands on Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear. Let’s sort this out. trib.al/ccMVTLa

“I am a citizen of the Commonwealth—-and my constitutional rights to Federal representation are being violated by not having a viable State Senator.” Make a judge have to rule on it—either they produce him or not.

A big question is whether we'll now see major ICE raids or whether they'll do something more disguised, because ICE is toxic even in red areas. Either way, local press reports that this could mean an economic loss of up to $400 million. Way to own the libs, Ohio! newrepublic.com/article/2124...

Buttigieg: We sit in a in a country that's got the wrong number of people on the Supreme Court, possibly the wrong number of representatives in the House of Representatives. And by the way, when you consider the disenfranchisement of the people of DC, we have the wrong number of states in the US
