Well, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say since the PS5 itself is already out and available at the start of the year and the Switch 2 has yet to actually be announced, and likely won't for a while... No duh.

I can only believe this cuz so far the Switch 2 just looks like a new version of a console (like a pro version, or an iPhone) rather than an entirely new thing like the older consoles, since they share the same library anw it may take some time for a parent to wanna care about upgrading

If I remember correctly, the PS4 outsold the Switch in 2017, so this is not an unlikely scenario.

They are building up the supply but something in my gut says its still going to be sold out everywhere for awhile

I can see it. PlayStation has units in the chain, Nintendo won’t be able to come close meeting demand.

Funny, at this point, I’m gonna wait for the next generation PS and Xbox and go get me a switch2 probably day one. For me it makes no sense to pay that kind of money for old technology when upgraded tech that is going to be around for the next 5 - 10 years is gonna be available.

I hope they'll have a way to counter the MIG cartridge that are easy to find in the wild with a bloody low price nowadays, ( ´-ω-)

I would hope so since it would have a 4 month head start and GTA6 should release this year (assuming it's not on Switch 2).
