We're dreaming big with npmx. The way we'll make a lasting difference is by banding together. Check out @whitep4nth3r.com’s post to learn how to get involved in open source. Everyone is welcome.

To celebrate the launch of the @npmx.dev alpha, I wrote up a guide on how to make your first contribution to an open-source project. Let me know if this helps you make your first contribution (and it doesn't have to be code)!

What a great beginning. And what amazing people! I'm so happy to see this step and know what the next flight will bring 💙

What started out as a question, quickly turned into an amazing community and excitement. From my POV, OSS was always unapproachable. Not because people are not warm, but because it's intimidating. Not so with npmx. And now I have more confidence to get involved in the future 🫶

Congrats on the alpha launch @npmx.dev! Y'all are amazing ❤️ Let me tell you an open source story. A very personal one. A story of growth, downward spirals, and recoveries. Of a multitude of converging communities building tools for themselves. A story of collaboration and trust. And hope.
