I can’t count on NPR. Having on Steve Bannon makes you the equivalent of Fox — a propaganda arm of the administration

It’s not “free” - it’s Funded by the People’s money (aka: the federal government) and by public, foundations, and company donations - aka: many, many do-gooders.

NPR has become a litany of the most awful things esp All Things Considered. I support NPR but the bad news is unrelenting and demoralizing.

I have been a leadership circle donor as a public educator and single mom (i.e. not with $ to burn). When NPR states that ‘protests don’t make compelling news stories’, I question my decades of giving.

Respectfully, there is a difference to reporting what MAGA leaders say and giving them a legitimate platform on which to spew their bile. I will still support public radio, but that was an extremely bad move in their part - and it won’t save them from the gov’t.
