There isn't anything positive to celebrate. I don't want to see or hear noisy fireworks.

I hate fireworks--harm pets, pollute the sky, stress veterans with PTS, disturb the peace--but that it costs more due to Trump's tariffs is kind of delicious.

I have heard of a lot of people who are foregoing buying fireworks and are donating to animal shelters instead since the noise really terrifies the dogs and cats. I'm doing that this year 🥰🐈‍⬛🐕

That's one tariff that I have no problem with. We live in a desert area of the country where wild fires can wipe out acres and people. Neighbors get drunk and set off fireworks and I hold my ears and my breath.
