Ya know I listened to An interview with Barrett and she talked about the horror of having to explain to her kids about the violence and negativity towards her because of her decisions. I’d like to know how she explains to her kids how she was appted to her position to bend the knee & suck his D

So, SO sick of having a president actively against America and Democracy. When are the funkers going to do their job, and impeach him for this blatantly corrupt nonsense?

The court is captured! "A captured court is a judicial body that serves the political or ideological interests of a specific group, party, or leader instead of applying the law impartially."

The hubris of this court continues to amaze/dismay. As does their ability to make new law and ignore the plain language of the constitution.

Gonna be wild when he finds out that democrats, if forced, and not allowed to mail their ballot, will still gladly take their happy asses to the polls to strip this fucker of power. It’s like he just can’t comprehend that, like in 2020, the electorate is going to be fucking motivated.

SCOTUS really allowing this administration to do whatever it wants without actually considering the merits of the cases and defending their reasoning

Translation for peeps: The conservative majority ruled to stay the injunction due to a lack of "present injury" to the States (ie it does not currently cause active harm to state processes). Note that this is not a court judgement on mail-in voting. Those cases are still going through the process.

They include this line in the decision: "The Court’s disposition of this application does not mean that any measure taken by the Government to implement the Order will necessarily be lawful. On that score, time will tell." Not the greatest argument for a stay.
