Perhaps I missed it, bit there is no trace in this of the Rus sian propaganda that has pushed to fraction and break the European Union project since before Putin came to power, helping all flavours of isolationists and populists.

Russian propaganda does not shift the needle in Sachsen-Anhalt because that is a specific region where there is already a great deal of organic sympathy for Putin’s Russia.
