1/ So let me get this straight. Trump is saying that he’s done enough sanctions on Putin & Russia & it’s time for Europe to step up. He wants Europe to impose 100% tariffs on China which would destroy the EU economies. But Trump hasn’t done this either.

2/ In fact he’s cut funding for the Baltic states. He’a signalling that he’s going to cut all funding to Ukraine. He’s going to cut support to NATO. But he’s also making NATO countries spend 5% of their GDP on defence. And he is telling the West, “I’ve done enough, time for Europe to step up”.

Trump's tariffs are based on the misperception that trade balances mean we're being taken advantage of, ...but we're also going to stop selling weapons, our bread and butter? What?

Nature abhors a vacuum. Europe and especially Ukraine are filling the void. This will make The U.S.A. redundant, replaceable, and relagated to "America Second" in the world. Our best and brightest minds are relocating and will make regaining our respect from the world's people difficult.

So instead of stopping/pausing arms shipments to Isreal/Netanyahu government, which is killing people indiscriminately in Gaza to get rid of Hamas, we are instead going to set limits on what Europe can get to protect itself from Putin's aggression. I see....

this why most countries are now not buying US made military because at a whim spares can be held back training can be held back and the price will jump Canada is not buying US subs the EU is developing their own systems
