This is so resident evil coded lmao

Where would he even have found high-waisted skintight jeans in 2001? That’s like the antithesis of what was fashionable then.

"MGS Demo Secrets", IE, how to fistbump a locker door

I got you

Why did they make his clothes seem so tight it just makes him look like he has no penis

Huh.

I have not thought of my PSM subscription in ages Those covers!

Maaaan remember those old PSN covers? I loved this artist so much.

That is some 90's comic book-ass looking James Sunderland right there!

Always been a fan of the artist who drew this, Stephen Platt. He drew Moon Knight for Marvel Comics, and drew Prophet for Image back in the day. Really talented artist.

My therapist: Todd McFarlane James Sunderland isn't real, he can't hurt you. Todd McFarlane James Sunderland:

Stephen Platt

You never see his feet

"What do you mean you can tell the illustrator never played the game"

I have a basement full of old magazines I stored away over the years. This is one of them :)

this shows proof that james can outrun two pyramid things at the same time

What a fucking era

Liefeld James is so stupidly confusing I kinda fuck with it

omg where’s my weedy little man gone 😭

Did Liefeld draw this?

This are the covers that Joe Madurera drawed?

You ever just vacuum seal yourself into your clothes?

Love Gains Sunderland one of my favorites

Liefeld had the whole industry in a chokehold

jesus christ why are his clothes shrinkwrapped

Oh my god what the hell is reaching for James there it's like a Hunter from RE judging from those lil hands

This is how Jake sees himself every time he tries to act cool

I had this issue! (I dont anymore, it got lost in a move somewhere between Philippines - Thailand - Australia - USA )

Ive never seen a most inaccurate representation of a game protagonist than that James Sunderland....

Why does James look like he was drawn by Rob Liefeld?

I love how it’s a June 2001 issue and it may have hot news about the PlayStation 3.

Is this a Liefeld??

james thunderland

I just now noticed the American flag on the left of his jacket.
