Selene's voice demeanor are so soothing and motherly. When she calls Melinoe "little star" I get all choked up.

Mel would have a bunch of star stickers on her weapons if those were a thing at that time.

I do love that Melinoë is obviously driven by furious vengeance, but still has a full range of emotions for the people around her, especially the ones who love her - and it's super refreshing to have a vengeance-driven character be so obviously *loved* and supported.

I think you should give the story a watch on YouTube. Twist reveals caught me off guard.
